TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales are final. There will be NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS unless the event is cancelled due to extreme weather or circumstances beyond Fútbol Fest USA's control. Fútbol Fest USA reserves the right to reschedule the event and will not issue refunds for rescheduled events.

THIRD-PARTY TICKET RESTRICTION

Tickets for Fútbol Fest USA 2027 must be purchased directly through our official ticketing platform. We do not authorize the sale of tickets through third-party websites, resellers, or unauthorized vendors. Tickets purchased from such sources may be invalid and entry will not be guaranteed. Always purchase through official Fútbol Fest USA channels only.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. BY PURCHASING A TICKET OR ATTENDING FÚTBOL FEST, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

By purchasing a ticket to Fútbol Fest USA and/or participating in any activities at the Soccer Park venue, including but not limited to spectating, entering designated areas, or engaging in soccer-related activities, you (the "Participant" or "Guardian" on behalf of a minor) acknowledge and agree to the following terms on behalf of yourself and any minor children under your supervision (collectively, "You" or "Your").

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS

You understand and acknowledge that attending Fútbol Fest USA and participating in any activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Bodily injury (cuts, bruises, sprains, fractures, concussions, or more severe injuries) from collisions with other participants, players, equipment, or objects such as soccer balls, goals, or barriers.
Property damage or loss of personal belongings.
Illness or injury from food, beverages, or environmental conditions including heat, humidity, or uneven surfaces.
Other unforeseen risks associated with a large-scale sporting event.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with attending Fútbol Fest USA and participating in any activities. You acknowledge that Fútbol Fest USA LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, participants, vendors, exhibitors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for ensuring Your safety beyond reasonable efforts.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being permitted to attend Fútbol Fest USA and participate in its activities, You, for yourself, Your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that You may sustain, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while attending Fútbol Fest USA or participating in any activities.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your actions, Your minor children's actions, or Your breach of this Agreement.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

You represent that You and any minor children under Your supervision are in good physical health. You authorize the Released Parties to seek emergency medical treatment for You or Your minor children if deemed necessary, and You agree to bear all associated costs. The Released Parties are not obligated to provide medical care.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering Fútbol Fest USA, you grant Fútbol Fest USA LLC permission to use your or your minor children's likeness, image, or voice in photographs, videos, or recordings taken at the event for promotional, commercial, or other purposes, without compensation or further notice.

COMPLIANCE WITH RULES

You agree to comply with all Fútbol Fest USA rules, policies, and instructions provided by staff or posted at the venue. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

SEVERABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT

Fútbol Fest USA is committed to providing all fans a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive experience. By attending, you agree to the following:

RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR

All fans are expected to behave respectfully and courteously toward other fans, players, officials, and staff. Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

NO HARASSMENT OR DISCRIMINATION

We are committed to providing an environment free from harassment and discrimination. Any behavior deemed harassing or discriminatory - including but not limited to conduct related to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or national origin - will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal.

VENUE COMPLIANCE

All fans must comply with the venue's policies, including restrictions on smoking, alcohol consumption, and outside food and beverages. All fans must cooperate with event staff and security personnel and follow their instructions at all times.

SECURITY MEASURES

Fútbol Fest USA will take appropriate security measures to ensure the safety of all attendees. These may include bag searches, metal detector screenings, and the presence of trained security personnel. Failure to comply with security procedures may result in denial of entry.

CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

Failure to comply with this fan code of conduct may result in ejection from the event without refund and/or other legal consequences.

PERMISSION TO FILM / MEDIA POLICY

By entering a Fútbol Fest USA event, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Fútbol Fest USA and its initiatives.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement.

If you disagree with the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.

TEAM PARTICIPATION TERMS

All teams participating in Fútbol Fest USA 2027 agree to the following upon submission of their application:

All registered players must be 18 years of age or older.
Teams must have a maximum roster of 14 registered players. No additions after the registration deadline.
Teams must be available for all three tournament days: January 8, 9, and 10, 2027.
Entry fees are non-refundable once a team is accepted.
Fútbol Fest USA reserves the right to deny any team's application at its sole discretion.
Teams and players must conduct themselves with respect and sportsmanship at all times. Fútbol Fest USA may disqualify any team for misconduct.
