ATTENDEE POLICY

ENTRY & TICKET POLICY

All attendees must possess a valid ticket for the date(s) they are attending. Tickets must be presented digitally or printed at the gate. Lost or forgotten tickets must be resolved through official Fútbol Fest USA ticketing support prior to entry. Fútbol Fest USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

Re-entry to the Soccer Park is permitted on the same day with a valid ticket and hand stamp from Fútbol Fest USA staff. Single-day passes do not grant access to other tournament days.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are NOT permitted inside the Soccer Park:

Fútbol Fest USA reserves the right to refuse entry to any person in possession of prohibited items. Prohibited items will not be stored and must be returned to your vehicle or discarded.

BAG POLICY

All bags are subject to inspection upon entry. We encourage clear bags to speed up entry. Bags larger than 12" x 12" will not be permitted. Backpacks and large totes are subject to thorough inspection and may be denied entry at staff discretion.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Fútbol Fest USA is a celebration of soccer and culture. We expect all attendees to uphold a standard of respect and sportsmanship throughout the event. The following behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without refund:

• Verbal or physical altercations with other attendees, players, staff, or officials.
• Discriminatory language or conduct of any kind, including based on race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.
• Entering the playing area or attempting to approach players without authorization.
• Throwing objects onto the field or at other attendees.
• Intoxicated or disruptive behavior.
• Harassment of any kind toward any individual.
• Failure to follow instructions from Fútbol Fest USA staff or security personnel.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at designated concession areas within the Soccer Park for attendees 21 and older. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all alcohol purchases. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Fútbol Fest USA reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual at any time.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is prohibited inside the Soccer Park. Designated smoking areas will be marked outside the venue perimeter. Please dispose of materials responsibly.

MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY

Personal photography and video for non-commercial use is permitted in general spectator areas. Professional cameras with detachable lenses, video recording equipment, and tripods require an official Fútbol Fest USA media credential. Unauthorized professional photography or commercial use of images taken at the event is strictly prohibited.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Fútbol Fest USA is an outdoor event. In the event of inclement weather, matches may be delayed, suspended, or rescheduled at Fútbol Fest USA's sole discretion. Spectators should follow all instructions from event staff regarding shelter and safety. Fútbol Fest USA is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow weather safety instructions.

Refunds are not issued for weather delays unless the entire event day is cancelled. If an event day is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, partial refunds may be issued at Fútbol Fest USA's discretion.

LOST & FOUND

Fútbol Fest USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Lost items found by staff will be held at the information booth. Items not claimed within 30 days of the event will be donated.
